Using Amla on Your Hair
Mix the amla powder with warm water into a paste the consistency of yoghurt. Let it sit for 30 minutes. If you wish you may mix amla with other conditioning herbs, oils, or henna. Apply the Amla paste to your hair in the same way that henna is applied
