We are a UK based company and all our prices displayed are in GB pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
If you wish to pay for your order by cheque the order will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.

UK Delivery Methods
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Standard 2nd Class delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days but this is not guaranteed.
£2.50 for orders up to £9.99
Free for orders over £10.00
Royal Mail 1st Class
1st Class delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed
£3.20 on orders up to £65
Free for orders over £65
Small international orders are sent by Airmail Royal Mail Tracked or Signed
Large international orders are sent by UPS or Fedex courier
Deliveries outside of the EU will have the VAT deducted automatically but you may need to pay import tax in your country.
Ordering by Telephone
Please call 01695 728286 if you wish to order by phone and pay by credit card.
Any goods may be returned within 28 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened, the seal is not broken, and they are unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If there is a fault with your products or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund. If the goods are faulty we will also refund the return postage cost. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
We keep your personal details private for our own internal use only. We do not rent, share, sell, or by any other method give your email address, mailing address or telephone number to any other party. We collect your personal contact details only for the purpose of fulfilling your order or to contact you with regard to your order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
