Due to Covid-19 related absence, and the need for social distancing we have less staff on the premises. We do not have enough staff here to answer the phone so we are unable to take telephone orders at the moment.


Royal Mail is our default delivery provider. Due to the current conditions associated with Covid-19 the Royal Mail are experiencing some delivery delays at this time. They have a decreased workforce due to some postal workers self isolating, and the need for social distancing coupled with an unprecedented increase in workload due to more people ordering online.

Some UK 1st or 2nd class parcels are taking just 2-3 days from dispatch, while others are delayed from 1 to 2 weeks. 

International parcels outside of Europe are very delayed and may take 3 to 4 weeks.

We ask you, therefore, to be patient before asking for a refund, as all businesses are struggling to cope with these issues. If you have a tracking number, then your order has certainly been sent and will eventually arrive.


We are recommending you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is really urgent, as that service is still fairly reliable, and we have been advised that it guarantees next day delivery by 9pm (not 1pm as previously). 

You will not be able to sign for delivery due to social distancing, but your name and confirmation of delivery will be recorded.

We are a UK Based Company and all Prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.  Orders are Shipped from the UK.

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day.
